The following terms and conditions apply to the registration for the TARGETING RAS Congress through the website https://www.targetingras.com/ These terms and conditions provide information prior to the transaction and outline the rights and obligations that may arise between the organizers of the TARGETING RAS Congress and the attendee of the congress. These terms and conditions regulate the voluntary purchase process through the TARGETING RAS owned website.

The TARGETING RAS organization will request personal information through its website in order to process payment for congress tickets and for the administrative tasks associated with this. Therefore, by using our website to make a registration and/or purchase, you indicate that you have read and accepted our privacy policy by ticking the confirmation box before completing the payment.

1. Attendee/User

An attendee/user is understood to be anyone who accesses the website  https://www.targetingras.com/, enters the required data in the corresponding form, and uses the payment system with the intention of making a voluntary purchase, having accepted the applicable conditions.

2. Obligations of the Attendee/User

The attendee/user agrees at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested on the user registration or order forms, and to keep this information updated. The attendee/user also agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

3. Purchase process.

To complete a purchase, the attendee/user will need to fill in the required information on the page  https://www.targetingras.com/ and select the desired item. The price of the products marketed on the website includes applicable taxes based on their type and the regulatory provisions of Law 37/1992 on Value Added Tax.

After filling in the personal information fields, the attendee/user will be asked to provide credit card details. To complete the registration, the attendee/user must accept the privacy policy and conditions of use by checking the corresponding boxes. If these boxes are not checked, the button to proceed to the next page and complete payment will not be enabled.

The TARGETING RAS organization accepts credit cards as a payment method for registrations, and payment will be processed through a Virtual POS of Banco Santander. The Virtual POS accepts credit, debit, prepaid, and virtual VISA and Mastercard cards.

4. Refunds and cancellation of tickets

Users who request a refund before 15 June 2023 at 23.59h will be refunded 100% of the amount paid, except for the administration fee (€20).

Users who request a refund between 16 June 2023 and 15 August 2023 at 23.59h will be refunded 40% of the ticket price.

No refund will be made after 16 August 2023.

5. Purchase notification

Upon completion of the purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with the congress ticket(s) and a receipt for any additional services or products purchased. Please keep this email and present it with your personal identification on the day of the event (ID card, NIE, passport).

6. Jurisdiction and litigation.

For the resolution of any disputes or questions related to this website or its activities, Spanish legislation shall apply, to which the parties hereby submit. The courts and tribunals of the domicile of the affected users shall be competent for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to the use of this website.

For information about the processing of data provided by attendees, please refer to our Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, which strictly follow the rules set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, and the Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights. This information will only be used by the TARGETING RAS organization to manage the services requested by the user and for legal, accounting, or tax obligations. It will not be used for any other purposes or transferred to third parties.
