Kairbaan Hodivala-Dilke, born in London, UK 1966. Undergraduate degree in Biology at Southampton University; PhD with Fiona Watt at ICRF on cell adhesion and skin cancer, London, UK (1990-1994); postdoc with Richard Hynes at MIT on in vivo models of cell adhesion in blistering diseases, platelet biology and angiogenesis (1994-1999), Cambridge Bostson, USA.

Current focus on tumour blood vessels, angiocrine and pericrine signalling and cancer progression; enhancing therapy efficacy by new combination therapies; reducing toxicity; mouse models of cancer.
