
Miriam Molina-Arcas

Miriam Molina-Arcas received her PhD in Biomedicine at the University of Barcelona. In 2008, she joined Julian Downward’s laboratory at the London Research Institute later transitioning to the Institute of Cancer Research, where she focused on the identification of therapeutic strategies to treat lung cancer tumours harbouring KRAS mutations. Since 2016 she is a scientist at The Francis Crick Institute.
Her recent work has centred on developing combination approaches to enhance the efficacy of KRAS inhibitors, with a special emphasis on the interplay between oncogenic KRAS and the immune tumour microenvironment.
